The Terraform lives in its own repository. The architect calls ACE there as a plugin, with /ace. Nothing is ever written inside ACE itself.
Findings from a project go back to ACE through its feedback file, docs/ace_feedback.md.

The tracking keeps only a digest of each plan: its hash, counts per action, risk class and top findings.

Lowering it needs a waiver with an expiry date. Every check passes on the real plan. The loop closes and the change can go to a pull request.

Back to the specialists with the failure as feedback. Retries are capped by risk class: 3, 5 or 8. At the cap, a report stops for the architect.

El Terraform vive en su propio repositorio. El arquitecto llama a ACE ahí, como plugin, con /ace. Nunca se escribe nada dentro del propio ACE.
